CHESS ARJUNA AWARD WINNERS

 

Exciting news in Indian chess! Vaishali Rameshbabu, the third Indian woman to become a Grandmaster, has received a special award called the Arjuna Award from President Droupadi Murmu. This is a big accomplishment for Vaishali, and we want to say a big congratulations to her, her family, and everyone who helped her.

But that's not all! Another important person, GM Ramesh RB, who has helped many Indian chess players, including Praggnanandhaa and Vaishali, has also got a special award called the Dronacharya Award from the President of India. This is a big deal and we want to say a huge congratulations to Coach Ramesh for his hard work and success!
